A video that is supposed to show a racist incident in Middle Franconia is currently causing excited reactions on social media. The two-minute film sequence shows a dark-skinned woman and her two children in a residential area being followed by around five angry locals.
Video shows how the woman is insulted and threatened
The video, which the young woman recorded herself with her cell phone, also shows how she is insulted and threatened by the residents. A man tries to attack the filming woman, but is still held back. The situation seems tense and highly aggressive. Insults can be heard over and over again.
As can be seen from a statement by a local resident, the video could have been preceded by a physical argument, which, however, is not captured in the picture. The author of the video wrote on her Instagram account that she had received a charge of assault because she wanted to protect herself and her children. The case is known to the Police Headquarters in Middle Franconia.
