The cry of a mother in Parigi, Central Sulawesi (Central Sulawesi), instantly broke when I heard confession that his favorite daughter had been raped by the police chief local, Iptu IDGN. His daughter, a woman with the initials S (20), was raped after Iptu IDGN promised to release her father who was a suspect in a theft case and was arrested.
Initially, S revealed his testimony after being raped by Iptu IDGN twice at a hotel in Parigi. S (20) testified about the Iptu IDGN’s lewd actions to a number of journalists from Central Sulawesi.
“He (Iptu IDGN) pleaded, he said, he will be helped by you if, for example, I want to accompany him to sleep. detik.com, Monday (18/10/2021).
S was initially unaffected by the persuasion of Iptu IDGN, until finally he was forced to comply with the request of Iptu IDGN for his father to be released from prison.
“For 2 weeks to 3 weeks he kept on flirting. Then finally I wanted to because I thought I had papa wanting to go out, so I wanted to,” he said.
However, Iptu IDGN’s promise to release S’s father was not kept after raping S. Instead, he only gave money to S under the pretext of helping S’s mother.
“He gave me money, and he said this is for your mom, not to pay you, this is to help mom because she feels sorry for mom,” said S.
Then Iptu IDGN even again invited S to meet and rape.
“He asked again a second time, and there chat-his. I hope I can get my papa out,” he said.
