Missing Youtuber Kastiop found dead in the Netherlands

The missing Youtuber Kastiop, the artist’s name of Kacper Przybylski (22) from Hasselt, was found dead Saturday morning in the Dutch village of Stein. That confirms the public prosecutor’s office of Limburg. The famous vlogger had been missing for a week.

This week there were major searches for the young man in the Albert Canal in Limburg, but without results. Also this Saturday morning there was a major search operation in the Dutch municipality of Stein, just across the Belgian-Dutch border, including by helicopter. Przybylski’s Mercedes had previously been found in Stein.

In the end, it was some fishermen who noticed Przybylski’s body in the Juliana Canal this morning.

That Przybylski has been found, confirms the public prosecutor’s office of Limburg: “There are no indications of the involvement of another person,” says prosecutor Anja De Schutter. The public prosecutor’s office does not make any statements about the cause.

Przybylski had been missing since Friday, October 23. He left his mother’s house in Hasselt around 4.30 pm. Since then he has been without a trace. Friends indicated that he was doing less well, which made the disappearance considered alarming. Police and Child Focus had therefore immediately issued an investigation message.

The Belgian-Polish vlogger was one of the most famous Flemish on Youtube. His channel has 290,000 subscribers. Kastiop is therefore a real BV for many young people without ever appearing on the television screen. The last video he published was two weeks before his disappearance.
