The State Police is looking for the missing Vladimir Bulov, born in 1983, who crossed the Norwegian-Swedish border on November 14 this year with a Land Rover (with license plates of the Republic of Belarus), after which it was no longer possible to contact the man around 9:30 p.m. and until now his possible whereabouts are unknown. According to mobile phone GPS data, the last signal was recorded in Sweden, Arjangs kommun.
The State Police invites anyone who has information about his possible whereabouts to look at the man’s photo and to call the State Police at 110.
