Miscellaneous – In Poitiers, an accident without electricity on the Grand’Goule and the surrounding houses

The material incident could have gone unnoticed tonight, but it deprived the houses of the Cathedral district of Poitiers of electricity. The events took place shortly after the passage into the new year, around half past midnight. A vehicle crashed into the wall of a house, rue des Carolus. However, the latter supported an electrical cabinet to which it was connected in particular… to the Grand’Goule. The evening was then cut short for the disco patrons. The driver, who according to the police showed signs of intoxication, was arrested. Investigations are underway to establish the exact circumstances of the accident.
