An official of the Minya Health Department denied that the injured or dead died among the doctors or nurses of the administration, who were headed this morning to Cairo, to attend the training of the breast cancer campaign.
“The official” said in statements to “Masrawy”, that two cars carry doctors and nurses to training in Cairo, the first is for the Minya Health Department, and the other is for the Health Department of Samalout Center, confirming that the car carrying doctors and nurses in the Minya administration, arrived at the training headquarters, and is currently On her way to return to “Minya” without any injuries or loss of life or accident in the car.
The source added, that the car of the Menia Health Administration was carrying female doctors, nursing supervisors, and 2 administration supervisors, and upon the announcement of the training appointment, none of them objected to it.
The eastern desert road, at the entrance to the Karimat Gate in the Al-Jirah governorate, witnessed a collision of two cars, which resulted in the death of two doctors and a driver, and the injury of 12 others, all of whom are from Minya Governorate. The bodies and the injured were taken to the Nasser Institute Hospital for treatment.
An official at the Minya Health Directorate said, in statements to him, that the deceased and the injured were on their way to attend a training course at the National Training Institute of the Ministry of Health, and their car collided with another, and the accident resulted in major damage to the car and the death of two doctors and the driver, stressing that the Minister of Health Dr. Hala Zayed ordered the transfer The injured were admitted to the Nasser Institute Hospital, and the deceased died at the Zeinhom morgue, and the necessary report was released, and the prosecution was notified for investigation.
