The Ministry of Youth and Sports issued its executive decision No. 500 of 2023 implementing the ruling issued by the Administrative Court in cases No. 70451, 70452, 70456, 70458 for the year 76 BC, considering the position of president of Zamalek Club vacant.
The Ministry assigned the Directorate of Youth and Sports in Giza to implement it, as the Directorate of Youth and Sports in Giza issued its executive decision No. 233 of the year 2023 with the content of this provision, and notified the Zamalek Sports Club to implement this ruling, and instructed the board of directors to appoint an acting chairman of the board of directors for the nearest ordinary general assembly with an item Election, in order to complete the term of the Board of Directors in its current session 2021/2025.
All departments of the Directorate were instructed to follow up on the implementation of the provisions of these decisions.
