The internationally operating flex office provider Mindspace will open its new location in Germany in February 2024 at the Stilwerk Düsseldorf. In the design destination on Grünstrasse, around 600 jobs for companies and teams of all sizes will be created on over 4,000 m².
Mindspace’s design standards fit in perfectly with Stilwerk: all offices and common areas are individually designed and combine international flair with local details. “As a boutique provider, we attach great importance to the quality of our locations. We are therefore very pleased that Mindspace has found a home at Stilwerk. Stilwerk’s mixed-use approach is forward-looking and creates a new, urban hotspot for flexible working, shopping and lifestyle,” says Dan Zakai, CEO and co-founder of Mindspace.
The flex office provider, which is celebrating its 10th anniversary this year, is continuing its expansion in Europe with its twelfth German location and is also implementing its holistic concept in Düsseldorf: Mindspace members benefit from a personal service that includes yoga, Training sessions, curated networking events and an on-site community team. In addition to private offices, coworking spaces, meeting rooms, lounge and kitchen areas, a podcast room and an event space are also available.
