Millwall, historic club in England, is mourning the death of the club’s chairman and owner, John Berylson, victim of a “tragic accident” this Tuesday morning.
“John, who turned 70 last month, lost his life in a tragic accident on Tuesday morning. Our thoughts are with his wife, Amy, as well as their three children, Jenifer, James and Elizabeth, and the entire Berylson family,” the club wrote in a condolence note.
Millwall ended last season in eighth place in the Championship and were just one point away from playing in the Premier League play-offs.
