Milan and Inter will meet again in the first Derby della Madonnina in Serie A this season. Match Inter vs Milan will be held at the Giuseppe Meazza, Saturday (16/9) evening WIB.
Pioli is not bothered by Milan’s series of defeats against Inter. Pioli wants Christian Pulisic et al. still confident that you can win.
“I’m not interested in previous derbies. Saturday’s match is important,” said Pioli as reported on the club’s official website.
“It’s an opportunity to maximize and I want my players to think they can win.”
“I’m sure they will face the match with the right spirit, with enthusiasm and with heart. Against Inter but also throughout the season. We are not afraid of anyone,” said Pioli.
This weekend’s Milan derby will be a duel between the top leaders Italian League standings. Inter and Milan are both still perfect, collecting nine points from three matches.
