Offered a company Microsoft A clear snapshot of the new Start menu for its Windows 10 operating system, through a short video posted by an account (Microsoft Design) On Twitter, so that the video demonstrates how the Start menu – an integral part of the operating system since Windows 95 – has evolved over the years.
It became known that the software giant was looking to redesign the Start menu for its Windows 10 operating system, and according to the tweet, the Account Team asked (Microsoft DesignTwitter users have reported their thoughts on the new design, and the comments seem mostly positive so far.
The new Start menu appears less distracting than the current version, and icons in the new Start menu now use Microsoft’s new Fluent Design philosophy, and there is more space in general, which makes it less confusing if there are a lot of applications installed.
Live Tiles – the interactive icons that highlight information from the applications they represent – are still present in the new Start menu, despite persistent rumors that Microsoft is planning to remove them.
And it seems that there is one change that baffles some people is the removal of the text under the application icon, and although this change leads to a cleaner appearance, it depends on the user’s knowledge of the application icons, and this change may be the most controversial, because it may make things More confusing, especially after Microsoft changed the shape of many icons.
It is reported that there is no specific date for users to get a new Start menu, which may change form when it officially arrives, but it is expected that it will appear at the end of the year via (Windows 10 20H2) update, instead of (Windows 10 May 2020) update expected soon.
