Suara.com – After getting complaints from users, Microsoft finally offered a refund for those who had buy games Cyberpunk 2077 through the Microsoft Store.
“To date, we have provided a refund to the majority of customers who requested it, “a Microsoft spokesman was quoted as saying from The Verge, Saturday (19/12/2020).
In addition, Microsoft is also willing to refund funds to customers who purchase Cyberpunk 2077 digitally.
“To ensure that every player can get the experience they expect on the Xbox, we will extend our full refund policy to anyone who purchases Cyberpunk 2077 digitally from the Microsoft Store, until further notice,” the spokesman added.

This refund policy took effect after several complaints from gamers emerged. They got Cyberpunk 2077 with lots of bugs, crashes, and other complaints on their consoles.
Previously, Sony has also announced that it will refund users who buy the game. In fact, Sony has removed Cyberpunk 2077 from the PlayStation Store.
Unlike Sony, Microsoft is unlikely to completely remove this game. This can be seen at the Microsoft Store, where games are still available there.
Microsoft and Sony’s move to refund players came after game developer CD Projekt Red said many people were dissatisfied with Cyberpunk 2077.
The developers are also committed to updating Cyberpunk 2077 which will be released in the coming days.
