It is not the first time that the actor has attacked his colleague.
The cloth burns. Mickey Rourke unleashed a real bomb this Saturday on Instagram by head-on attacking Robert de Niro, whom he accuses of patronage and of choosing who plays alongside him in his films.

In question, the casting of The Irishman, Netflix feature film directed by Martin Scorcese and nominated for an Oscar. Mickey Rourke already assured in February that his colleague had categorically refused his name to the casting.
“You whore whore”
« Marty Scorsese, this great director, he wanted to meet me for a film with Al Pacino, Joe Pesci, Chris Walken and Robert De Niro. The person in charge of the casting told my manager that Robert De Niro had said that he refused to work with me in a film “Said Rourke on Italian television.

Threats and intimidation
The tone becomes very threatening during the text: ” Listen to me kind of asshole, when I see you I swear to God, my grandmother, my brother and all my dogs, that I will severely shame you 100%. A message could not be clearer.

As the Huffington Post, Robert De Niro’s agents at the time categorically denied any involvement of the actor in the casting choices for the film. We await impatiently his response to these new accusations.
