In February 2008, Michael attempted a musical comeback with the re-release of Thriller on the occasion of the 25th anniversary of this event album. But it is a failure, the sales are very disappointing.
In March 2009, Michael Jackson officially announced that he would be giving an exceptional series of concerts in London in July. Unfortunately, he did not have time to make his comeback.
On June 25, 2009, Michael Jackson was found unconscious in his home in Los Angeles, following a heart attack, due to a massive dose of Propofol, a powerful anesthetic administered by his doctor, Dr. Murray. He was quickly transported to UCLA Medical Center, but could not be resuscitated. It leaves millions of devastated fans around the world.
