“She desperately wanted to be an American.” Becoming a citizen meant that her mother’s dream of obtaining a better life for her children had come true, she says.

Doss is convinced that voting could help her in that search. And the candidate that best fits his values is the current president Donald Trump. “As a woman of faith, my Christian values align more with conservatives,” he told the Texas newspaper.

The 37-year-old woman who constantly attends events to support Donald Trump, confesses that sometimes he thinks she is crazy. “Absolutely deranged to leave what I do just to see the president.”

Doss, who came to the country with his twin sister in the 80s, when they were both girls, is married to an American policeman who also belongs to the Republican party.
