Meteorologists warned of very strong storms. He will also return on Saturday

Warning before very strong thunderstorms valid in Prague, Central Bohemia, Ústí nad Labem, Liberec, Hradec Králové, Pardubice, South Moravia and in the Vysočina region. However, rain will not escape most of the territory of the South Bohemian Region. The rest of the Czech Republic is warned against severe thunderstorms.

The result can be intensive runoff of water from the slopes, rapid distribution of small streams and flooding of lower places. The wind can break branches and trees. In addition to property damage, transport problems and power outages can be expected, meteorologists said.

The situation should be similar on Saturday. Heavy thunderstorms with torrential rains and hail can be expected throughout the Czech Republic, with the exception of the Moravian-Silesian Region and parts of the Olomouc Region.
