For Meta Quest 3, users can still experience an additional controller called Touch Plus which has been redesigned.

Thanks to the innovation of tracking technology, the outer tracking ring is no longer needed on the new controllers so that the user can move more freely.

The motion controllers can be purchased separately from the Meta Quest 3 headset.
