Indeed, the leaders of the ASSE had mandated Patrick Glanz to realize the transfer of Stéphane Ruffier of the’ AS Monaco at the Greens of St Etienne in 2011. Thereafter, the AS Saint-Etienne had always used his services to represent him in negotiations for each contract extension of Stéphane Ruffier with the Stéphane club.
But recent statements by Patrick Glanz towards ASSE did not please Stéphanois leaders who accuse him of positioning himself as “the person defending the interests of Stéphane Ruffier” when this is prohibited in the contract which binds him to the AS Saint-Etienne as stated in the FIFA and FFF regulations.
