“Men and women” has been a fixed point in the Canale 5 programming for years now and this is why it is normal for the public to become attached to its protagonists. However, one of them has suddenly disappeared in the last few hours.
Feeling affection for the characters we see on TV, even more so if they are on the air on a daily basis, is more than natural. This is why viewers love to be constantly informed about them, even about their private life.
Among the most popular programs there is certainly “Men and Women”, for more than twenty years now a regular afternoon appointment on Canale 5, which manages to reach share peaks of over 25%. Many are grateful to the broadcast, which has allowed them to find love.

It is not so easy to find programs that are able to resist in the schedule even for more than a decade, above all because the needs of the public have changed and many are constantly looking for something new. Despite this, there are exceptions and “Men and women” represents a happy island for the Mediaset schedule.

Those who love to follow “Men and women” certainly remember not only tronisti and suitors, but also other characters who have a different role, but not necessarily less important. Until some time ago, in fact, the presenter gave the floor to what was defined as the “public speaker”, called to have her say about her whoever arrived in the studio looking for a new love.
Some of them were appreciated by those at home also because they didn’t mince words and had no fear of even giving a negative opinion. This is the case, for example, of Paola D’Andrea, one of the historical faces present in the audience, but who hasn’t appeared on TV for some time now. Only now have we learned the reason for his absence: in fact, the woman died due to a long illnessas announced by another of the commentators and her great friend, Rosy Chiarelli.
It was she herself a few years ago who told how the idea of landing on the afternoon program of Canale 5 was born: “One evening I was on the Maurizio Costanzo Show, I saw characters who were part of the entourage of men and women – he had told in an interview with CalabriaMagnifica -. At that point, with a bit of cheek, I stopped them and asked to participate in the program. I couldn’t resist: I got angry with the television from the sofa and said: ‘Now I’m going, I’ll smash his face’. They said yes and the next day I was on the air.”
