Medvedev stunned the judge, eventually yelling at him that kitten

Russia’s Danyiil Medvedev was a little tense in the Australian Open semi-final against Stefanos Cicipas. Out of his mind, he complained to the judge that he had not sanctioned Cicipas, even though his father had spoken to him throughout the second set.

“God, how can you be so stupid, this is a Grand Slam semi-final !? Look at me when I talk to you! Why don’t you give him a warning as his father is talking after every point! You’re stupid?” – quotes Eurosport also played the scene of the match.

Then the Russian finally ended the dispute by telling the judge that it was a kitten.

Last year’s U.S. Open Russian champion defeated Cicipast in the world rankings in four sets in 2 hours and 33 minutes in Friday’s second semi-final.

His opponent will be Rafael Nadal, who is preparing to win his historic 21st Grand Slam. No wonder Nadal could have been there at all after the long injury, you can read more about this here.
