The Crime Series McDonald & Dodds returns to the NPO this month with a second season. The episodes can be viewed from June 23 on NPO Plus, where the first season is also available, and from June 25, the second series can be seen weekly on NPO 2 and NPO Start. McDonald & Dodds revolves around two detectives (played by Jason Watkins and Tala Gouveia) who solve crimes in the historic town of Bath. In the season two premiere, they are faced with a possible murder aboard a hot air balloon: one of the five passengers has fallen during a flight. Comedian Rob Brydon (presenter of Would I Lie To You?) has a supporting role. The episode was written by series creator Robert Murphy (Shetland).
