Jeddah: The Maths Fiesta – a week-long program organized by Alif International National School, Riyadh, aimed to inculcate the love of mathematics and promote simple mathematics. Commemoration of scientific geniuses who have made unparalleled contributions in the field of mathematics and various stage competitions were staged.
During the week-long celebration program, quiz competition, pi value memorization, multiplication table memorization, Rubik’s cube solving and many other competitions were held in the boys and girls sections which were very helpful in learning mathematics.
Maths exhibition stalls set up in the school auditorium were a hit with the students.
Alif Group Schools Director Lukhman Pazhoor inaugurated the program. Headmistress Hamidabanu and Administrator Ali Bukhari attended.
Coordinators Mohammad Shameer and Heena led the week celebration programs. Principal Abdul Majeed welcomed and Headmaster Naushad Nalakath gave vote of thanks.
