Several months ago, many Marvel fans among us got some great news: acclaimed developer Insomniac Games announced that we are currently working on ‘Marvel’s Wolverine’, a superhero game that will focus on our sharp mutant. Not much is known about this yet, but a recent tweet seems to hint that the game has entered a new phase of development.
Mike Yosh, the lead animator at Marvel’s Wolverine, shared a tweet featuring an image of an empty motion capture studio, saying that the empty room won’t be so “quiet and quiet” any time soon. So it seems that the motion capture recordings will start soon, which is of course good news. A release in 2024 or maybe even 2023 seems realistic.
