Aurore Balant is co-founder and president of Latitudepro formation: “training in SME-SMI management, holder of a Certificate of Aptitude for Management Functions and Head of Social Intervention Unit, I entered the field of medico-social in 2008 initially as an administrative technician in an Educational and Pedagogical Therapeutic Institute, then as an administrative framework in a EHPAD. I was then able to occupy a post of executive assistant in a Foyer d’Accueil Médicalisé / EHPAD. To date, I hold the post of deputy director in a Foyer de Vie Médicalisé which welcomes adults with disabilities ”.
Océane Torillon Océane is co-founder and trainer of Latitudepro Formation: “I started my career in the medico-social sector 20 years ago, as a building maintenance agent in an EHPAD. Then I was a home help, a caregiver, and, finally, a registered nurse. In 2010, I took up my first position as a nurse coordinator in the Home Nursing Service. Then I will occupy the functions of senior nurse in EHPAD, Head of service in medicalized reception center (adults with multiple physical and mental disabilities) and finally Director of home care and support services (SSIAD and SAAD). To date, I am a trainer specializing in medico-social and management ”.
