The bassist of the musical band Maroon 5, Mickey Madden, was arrested last Saturday in Los Angeles (USA), accused of domestic violence. The City Police Department confirmed that Madden faces a charge referring to “traumatic” injuries inflicted on the spouse or intentionally living with the partner.
The guitarist, 41, was released hours after arrest under a bail of $ 50,000. He is scheduled to appear in court on September 29, reports the New York Daily News.
“We are deeply devastated by this disappointing news. As we learn more, we are looking at this very seriously,” a group spokesperson told Page Six. “For now, we are allowing everyone involved the space to clarify those things.”
