A Business School training (at least bac +3) is welcome and remains reassuring, but the most important is an experience of at least 5 years, in a marketing position, in project management, in a B to C oriented company .
More specifically, this experience should illustrate:
– Your marketing expertise, especially digital
– A real commercial temperament
– Your knowledge of e-commerce
– Your ability to think from above and take things head-on from the “bottom” (the ground)
– Serious notions of management, reading of operating accounts, sensitivity to the right indicators to make the business model quickly profitable
– An excellent ability to communicate: be used to network strategies (physical and virtual) but also be very comfortable in your own mode of communication: be positive, direct, clear, convey the desire.
It means enthusiasm, steadfast tenacity, constant energy and a true entrepreneurial spirit.
Finally and of course, you are methodical, autonomous and know how to manage the multiple facets of a project with pragmatism and conviction.

– with a remuneration that will be negotiated according to your expertise and your experience, but on a fixed annual basis of 40/50 keuros + a significant commission indexed to the success of the project.
