According to Rep. Kang Ki-yoon on the 16th, candidate Kwon’s wife bought Daechi Apartment (39.53㎡) in Gaepo-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul in September 2010 for 410 million won, including the existing deposit deposit. Rep. Kang Ki-yoon said, “The government regards gap investment as’speculation’, but the candidate spouse earned 470 million won through gap investment.” The moral ambivalence of the company was clearly revealed.”

Looking at the status of’public officials’ property disclosure’ released by the Government Officials Ethics Committee in March 2018, candidate Kwon and his wife were multi-homed. The couple had an apartment in Hansol-dong, Sejong-si (84㎡, 225 million won) in the name of the candidate Kwon other than Gangnam apartment. However, according to the property disclosure data announced this year, Kwon’s couple are homeless. In the name of his wife, he owns only Gaepo-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul (26.4㎡, 280 million won).

Regarding Gap Investment, candidate Deok-cheol Kwon said, “I was homeless when I bought an apartment in Gaepo-dong in 2010. I never bought it for investment purposes,” he said. “I was living in a jeonse at the time, but because the time was not right (after the tenant left), I couldn’t move.”
