Jenna Ellis certainly hadn’t expected Marge to answer her in person. Two days after the mockery, the official Simpsons channel released a video of Marge speaking on stage: “I’m not used to politics, but Presidential Advisor Jenna Ellis has said Kamala Harris has the same voice as me. My daughter Lisa says it’s not a compliment. If so, as an ordinary housewife living in the suburbs, I feel a bit despised. I teach my kids not to insult people, Jenna.“
