Journalists continue to monitor open data on parcels; in addition, since April 20, the publication has been recording video broadcasts from surveillance cameras at SDEK points in 13 border cities of Russia and Belarus and Crimea temporarily occupied by Russia.

On April 29, 2022, a man with captain’s shoulder straps was caught on video, who sent a container with a drone similar to the Russian Orlan-10 from the city of Valuiki, Belgorod Region.

The recordings show that the Russians send tires for cars, a guitar, canned food and sausage, a TV set and other things from Valuyki.

The publication notes “an anomalous increase in shipments, which coincided with the outbreak of war,” and “unusual connections between cities, confirming the version of wholesale looting.”

In particular, only to the cities of Chebarkul and Yurga from February 21 to May 20, 2022, 5.6 and 5.8 tons of cargo were sent, respectively.

Journalists remind that three large military units are deployed in the city of Yurga, Kemerovo Region, including the 74th motorized rifle brigade of the RF Armed Forces, which took part in the occupation of Bucha, Gostomel and Irpen, and the 6th and 239th tank regiments of the RF Armed Forces are located in the city of Chebarkul, Chelyabinsk Region.
