The U-23 National Team held a TC in Jakarta first before continuing it in Korea. Due to the tight schedule for their departure to Korea, Crowd was finally dropped.
“He (Ramai Rumakiek) said he was sick. Then coach Shin Tae-yong asked him to come to Jakarta to do an MRI and to decide whether or not to go to Korea,” said the Assistant Coach of the National Team Nova Arianto to reporters.
“It turns out that there has been no reply from Ramai Rumakiek when the U-23 Indonesian National Team TC was held in Jakarta,” he added.
Even though there’s no news Team U-23 still want to include Many Rumakiek to go to Korea. Various required documents were also requested by PSSI to Ramai Rumakiek.
But still no reply from Ramai Rumakiek. Meanwhile, the U-23 national team has set a departure for Korea on Friday (15/4/2022), and will train there until April 29.
“We also asked him to send his passport for visa processing. However, he also did not send his passport,” said Nova.
“So Rumakiek didn’t go to Korea. He also won’t follow there. Will he be absent from the 2021 SEA Games? Just wait for the update,” he said.
Shin Tae-yong Calling 29 players to participate in the U-23 National Team TC. In the initial TC in Jakarta, there were only 18 players who came.
Those absent were Ricky Kambuaya, Irfan Jaya, Ramai Rumakiek. In addition, six players from abroad were also absent, namely Egy Maulana Vikri, Witan Sulaeman, Asnawi Mangkualam, Pratama Arhan, Saddil Ramdani, and Elkan Baggott.
Meanwhile, two other players who did not come were Ronaldo Kwateh and Marselino Ferdinand. The two of them really couldn’t go to Jakarta because they were TC in Korea with the U-19 Indonesian National Team.
So, Ronaldo Kwateh and Marselino will remain in Korea when their colleagues in the U-19 national team return to Indonesia. Recently, there are also three U-19 national team players who will participate in the U-23 National Team TC, namely Kakang Rudianto, Cahya Supriadi, and Muhammad Ferrari.
