Man threatens to shoot police officers in Goes | Inland

The incident took place around 2 a.m. in the Goes-Zuid district, Omroep Zeeland writes.

The police were called in because a man was smashing his neighbor’s front door. A cop saw that the man was indeed breaking the front door with a claw hammer.

When the officer ordered to drop the hammer, the suspect attacked him. The policeman was forced to use pepper spray.

Fled home

The suspect fled into his home after the confrontation. He shouted that he would shoot the agents if they didn’t leave and threw objects their way, the regional broadcaster writes.

With two dog handlers it was eventually possible to enter the house and arrest the suspect.
