Man stabbed at Tjuvholmen in Oslo

A man in his early 40s was stabbed at Tjuvholmen in Oslo night to Sunday. No one has been arrested in the case. It is the second stabbing in the city this weekend.

Police were notified of the case at 2.25am. The man who was stabbed was sent by ambulance to Ullevål. His condition is severe but stable on Sunday morning.

– He had a pulse when the ambulance crew arrived. We are looking for a suspect who ran from the site, says operations manager André Kråkenes to NTB.

He says the incident should have happened in an apartment in the area.

– We only have a bad description of the perpetrator, says Kråkenes.

Two stabs in one day

This was the second stabbing in the center in one day. Night to Saturday, police were notified of a stabbing in Klingenberggata, and no arrest has been made here either.

Crimean leader Astrid Hasselgård at the Crimean Guard in the Oslo Police tells Aftenposten on Sunday morning that they do not see these in context.

– There are two different events, and there is nothing to indicate that it has a connection.

She says that both victims will be questioned today. There is video footage from tonight, which police will review for more information.
