A man was recorded while abusing a dog, during an incident that occurred at noon this Friday in the Bella Vista sector.
The video was sent to the Diario Libre office this Saturday by people who say that the animal constantly screams.
The incident occurred in the El Ángel building, located on Rómulo Betancourt avenue.
As can be seen in the video, the man kicks the French bulldog several times, which is on the terrace of the apartment.
The Animal Protection Department of the Attorney General’s Office reported, through its social networks, that it is “working to bring the citizen shown in the video to justice”.
“We thank all those who echoed the report. We are attentive, ”says the message released by the state agency.
