The 19-year-old was arrested, Monday 3 August 2020, in the evening, for having attacked an 85-year-old person, quai du Havre in Rouen. He tore off the gold necklace she wore around her neck.
Shortly before 17 h 30, he follows a couple of octogenarians who return home, quai du Havre. He follows suit when they enter their building hall. The suspect then rushes on the old lady to tear off her collar and fled with a sidekick who remained outside.
