GRONINGEN – A 39-year-old man from the municipality of Achtkarspelen made it furious in the city center of Groningen on Wednesday. The man attempted to steal a bicycle after he had just committed shoplifting.
The police then arrived on the scene and during the arrest he kicked an officer in the face. The man was eventually handcuffed and taken to the police station. He will soon have to answer for his actions.
