Man (38) brings severed head and penis to French police | Abroad

Detectives have conducted a technical investigation in a house in the Villeneuve district, where the murder according to the man took place. The decapitated body was found there, French media report. The police are there en masse.

Police said the 38-year-old man was immediately taken into custody. He is well known, but so far only because of minor offenses. The Public Prosecution Service will provide more information later in the day.
