Malayali international athlete PU Chitra got married. The groom is Shaiju of Nenmara, Palakkad. Shaiju is a police officer. The wedding took place in a simple ceremony in Mylampalli, Palakkad. The two got engaged last September while training at an athletic camp in Bangsuru.
Chitra won gold for India at the 2016 South Asian Games and 2017 Asian Championships. He also won a bronze medal at the 2018 Asian Games. Chitra’s success was in the 1500m dash. The actor is currently training for the Asian Games in Bangalore.
Chitra replied that she hopes she can manage her family life and career smoothly. Chitra is currently a senior employee in Indian Railways.
