Magal / Gamou- Iran Ndao: “Souma wakhé dafa wara am wala waroul am, niou torokhal ma nak …”

Iran Ndao does not intend to comment on the holding of religious events. According to him, he can only comment on what concerns the Sharia and the Koran, but for the Gamou or Magal, the religious authorities are the decision makers.

“I’m not going to give my opinion on whether or not Magal or Gamou should be held in order to honor my image. For example, if I said that we should celebrate Gamou and Magal or not and that subsequently, the Khalifes come out to say the opposite of my proposals, I would be ridiculous… ”
