Madonna’s “Celebration” Tour: Fans File Lawsuit Alleging Unwanted Delay

Two fans, Michael Fellows and Jonathan Haden, who attended the Madonna concert, say that the 65-year-old Madonna was two hours late for her concert tour “Celebration” in Brooklyn.

It was supposed to start at 20.30, but in reality the concert only started at 22.30.

Both claim Madonna missed all three concerts at the New York venue on December 13, 14 and 16.

The lawsuit alleges that the late start of the concert is “unwanted false advertising, negligent misrepresentation, and an unfair and deceptive trade practice.”

Madonna’s representatives have not commented on the situation.

True, sources close to the singer indicate that the delay occurred due to technical reasons that arose during the rehearsal.

We remind you that in June 2023, the world was shocked by the news that the queen of pop music, Madonna, was hospitalized and temporarily postponed her world concert tour. The pop star was taken to the hospital’s intensive care unit with a serious bacterial infection.

On October 14, she resumed her concert tour.
