Icon, transformer, creator of styles and trends, queen of provocations: all this is Madonna, the queen of pop, who celebrates her birthday on July 16. To celebrate his 63 years in the best possible way, Lady Ciccone had no doubts: in fact she flew to Italy, her country of origin, which over the years has always welcomed her in the best way.
As has already happened in the past, the choice fell on Puglia, one of his favorite places, to indulge in days of relaxation and a big party in the company of the dearest loved ones.
It is not the first time that Madonna chooses Italy to celebrate the milestones that are important to her: already in 2016 the pop star had had the opportunity to discover Puglia, since she was invited to a wedding in the Itria Valley, at the gates of Salento. Those places had stolen her heart, much to write on social media “The road to Heaven … its splendor is so evident”.
Then singer she returned to Puglia also the following year, in 2017, to celebrate her birthday in the same location, dancing the pizzica and taking a “bath” in the tomato sauce. Also this time, to celebrate together with the closest friends and his family, she chose the same farm that had welcomed her in her previous stays: this is the Borgo Egnazia Hotel, a splendid five-star hotel located in Savelletri di Fasano, in the province of Brindisi, on the Tyrrhenian coast of the splendid heel of our peninsula.
The model took care of some of the details of the exclusive celebrations of the Queen of Pop Joshua Lee Cummings – great friend of the artist – who through the stories of Instagram shared some of the moments of the party: first a shot from above of the dream location, then a photo of Madonna standing, at the head of the table, in the one that has all the aspect of an exclusive dinner made in Puglia.
The shots of the event soon went viral on social media, and a video of the evening was also shared: no candles for Lady Ciccone, but at the stroke of midnight on August 15th an ice cream cone for everyone, to be enjoyed on the notes of “Happy Birthday”, also sung by the Madonna herself.
