A car collided with the central meridian on the M50 southbound near the Cherrywood junction, resulting in injuries to the car’s occupants who were taken to hospital. Emergency services attended to the incident and Gardaí confirmed that it was a single vehicle crash. Investigations into the incident are ongoing. The incident caused heavy traffic delays on the M50.
