In the Carpathians, on the territory of the Skole Beskydy National Park, automatic cameras filmed a lynx with babies walking in a snow-covered forest. About it reported on the Facebook page of the reserve.
“The lynx prefers dense dark coniferous forests, although it is found in a variety of plantations. It climbs trees and rocks well, swims well,” the message says.
The lynx is easy to distinguish from other felines thanks to the ears with brushes, which not only give it a beautiful and original look, but also help to increase hearing acuity.
Thanks to nature conservation measures, the territory of the national park is a safe place for rare animals.
Earlier it was reported that in the Carpathians it was possible take a photo of the Eurasian lynx, which is listed in the Red Book of Ukraine.
