Luke Mockridge is not doing well – appearances have been canceled without replacement

Luke Mockridge has to cancel several appearances due to illness, the comedian said on Sunday (July 10) on Instagram. The reason for the canceled shows is a corona infection, as the Bonn native announces.

“No! I have it. Shortly before the end of my tour, I have to cancel the last five shows due to corona disease,” wrote the 33-year-old to a picture on Instagram that shows him on an empty stage with a disappointed look.

Apparently the virus is affecting Mockridge properly. “I’m not feeling well…the hype is real,” his post reads. Particularly bitter for his fans: The affected shows will not be made up for, this is not possible for “production reasons”, according to Mockridge.

Tickets that have already been purchased can be returned at the pre-sale points where they were purchased. The performances in Bremen (07/10/22), Cuxhaven (07/11/22), Osterholz Scharmbeck (07/12/22), Olsberg (07/14/22) and Güterloh (07/15/22) are affected.

Mockridge apologizes to fans after cancellation

It is therefore clear that the end of his “Luke Mockridge – Welcome back to Luckyland” tour will be canceled completely. “I’m particularly sorry for the last 4 shows as they’ve had to be postponed so many times for various reasons. We are coming next year. So sorry,” the comedian apologized to his followers.

At the end of March 2022, Mockridge had after a long break of several months celebrated his stage comeback in Hagen. He had retired from public view after an ex-girlfriend has made allegations of sexualised violence against him.
