Luca Enembe it had transited through Manado, North Sulawesi, before being flown to Jakarta. While in Manado, Lukas had time to eat voraciously before having his blood pressure taken.
“So Mr. Lukas managed to get to Jakarta, the conditions were these and during the trip we were accompanied by several people, both children from the Papua region we also asked to be accompanied,” KPK President Firli Bahuri said in the Lukas Enembe case building at Gatot Soebroto Army Hospital, Central Jakarta, Wednesday (11/1/2023).
“Pak Lukas Enembe also in Manado we feed him. Eat him voraciously,” he added.
In addition to eating, Firli continued, Luke had his blood pressure taken by a doctor in North Sulawesi. Firli did not know the exact technicalities of measuring blood pressure, but he made sure that the KPK paid attention to Lukas’ safety before he was transported to Jakarta.
“Then blood pressure was taken and I included a doctor from North Sulawesi, a doctor and a nurse complete with medical equipment. I don’t know exactly if it was respiratory assistance or what, but they brought it,” he said.
“What does this mean, the KPK really pays attention to safety, which is the responsibility of the KPK,” he added.
For information, Lukas Enembe was arrested on Tuesday (1/10). Lukas was arrested after being named by the KPK as a suspect in a suspected corruption case.
Lukas Enembe was then flown to Jakarta to undergo a thorough examination. Upon arrival in Jakarta, Lukas was taken to the RSPAD to undergo a medical examination. Lukas was then treated for his health conditions.
Lukas Enembe is suspected of receiving bribes and tips related to infrastructure development projects in the province of Papua. The total bribes and tips received by Lukas are believed to be Rp. 11 billion.
