Coordinating Minister for Marine Affairs Luhut Binsar Pandjaitan and Minister of SOEs Erick Thohir reported to NCP related to alleged involvement in business PCR test. This is the response of KPK Chairman Firli Bahuri.

“If that happens, of course, the KPK will follow procedures, legal provisions, seek information from parties who know, who hear, who see the incident, collect evidence whether there is indeed a criminal act of corruption or not, if there is, of course we will process it legally,” he explained.

As previously reported, the Coordinating Minister for Maritime Affairs and Investment (Menko Marinves) Luhut Binsar Pandjaitan and SOE Minister Erick Thohir was officially reported to the KPK. The report is related to the alleged involvement of the two ministers in business PCR test.
