As FC Lugano wrote in a media release on Saturday afternoon, a player from the professional team – whose name is not mentioned – was tested positive for Corona.

The tests were carried out as part of the planned resumption of training operations on Monday. Lugano did these tests, although they were not prescribed by the league.

The affected player is now in a 10-day quarantine. Another teammate who had frequent contact with him.
