Ulrik Svensson, Member of the Board of Management of Deutsche Lufthansa AG for the Finance department, informed the Chairman of the Company’s Supervisory Board on Saturday that he was forced to resign from his job for health reasons. Mr. Svensson has announced the end of his board position with effect from next Monday – the supervisory board will now promptly advise and decide on a successor solution.
The 58-year-old Swede started his job as CFO of Lufthansa on January 1, 2017. Before that, he worked in finance for several large companies – including Swiss.
