Loza explained the refusal of Russian artists to perform in Belarus

Russian artists refused to perform at pre-election concerts in Belarus, since they were not offered money, musician Yuri Loza told the publication “Interlocutor.ru”.

“Nobody works for free, nothing happens for free,” he said.

The musician noted that the concert was free for the audience, but “someone paid for it,” as the artists also need to feed their families.

Loza believes that the audience was outraged by the possible presence of agitation, so the concert had to be canceled. In his opinion, the authorities have lost interest in the event without campaigning.

Earlier, Leonid Agutin, Grigory Leps, Stas Piekha and other popular artists refused to perform at concerts before the presidential elections in Belarus.
