A “cocoon and erotic” place
Vanessa and her partner recently opened their “Love room” in a town near the Pink City. Great fans of travel, the couple had already had the opportunity to test this concept born in Japan.
“We decided to buy an apartment specifically to develop our Love room,” explains Vanessa. “We really wanted to offer a place that was both cocooning and erotic, for couples to come together. »

Complete for Valentine’s Day
It is at Aucamville (Haute-Garonne), on the ground floor of a small residence located a stone’s throw from Avenue desUnis, where the couple found what they were looking for.
After having carried out the work there themselves, they opened Secrete loft last November.
On the studio terrace, they installed a jacuzzi, suggestive paintings have been hung on the walls and on the shelves, there are handcuffs, masks and other adult toys. And the concept works well.
“We have a lot of requests for wedding anniversaries in particular,” smiles Vanessa. And for Valentine’s Day, we’re full all week! »

Strict internal regulations
To prevent potential problems with the neighbors of the “Love room”, the couple has put in place strict internal regulations, particularly regarding noise.
“The immediate neighbor knows that it’s a Love room, but the other residents of the residence don’t know it,” explains Vanessa. So far, we have never had any problems with our customers. But we know that it can happen, we don’t hide our faces. If so, we will adapt! »

Philippe had never heard of “Love rooms”. In 2022, he bought premises located rue Henri-Desbals, in Toulouse, to carry out work and develop housing there. In the basement, a large space impossible to offer as a traditional rental.
“It was a craftsman who advised me to create Love rooms there,” explains the investor. He told me that this was done a lot in Spain: he was the one who was responsible for installing and decorating everything. »
Customers from Toulouse and elsewhere
Large beds “with the possibility of attaching”, pole dance barswing, large television with some erotic DVDs, large mirrors… The rooms of the Love hôtel have found their customers and Philippe does not regret his investment.
“There are people from the area, but also from all over France! We also had American, Belgian and English customers. We also have a lot of requests to rent during the day, but it’s too complicated for us in terms of management. »
