The StreamCam is a brand new camera offered by Logitech, intended for streamers and other content creators. It comes with Logitech Capture 2.0 editing software.
Logitech is obviously looking to put streamers in its pocket with its new camera, which is fairly transparently named StreamCam. This camera, which connects to any computer running Windows or macOS using USB 3.0, offers 1080p and 720p definitions at 60 frames per second. It is designed to work optimally with Logitech Capture 2.0 software, which has options specifically dedicated to StreamCam. Among them is facial recognition, intelligent focus and exposure management, an AI that automatically manages the framing so that the streamer is always in view, automatic image stabilization, or even the possibility of switching from stereo sound to double-mono sound as needed.
The StreamCam is also the only Logitech camera to support vertical format in 9:16, which is suitable for video streaming on mobile social. To use this function, simply rotate the camera on its support. The basic format adopted is therefore 16: 9.

Compatible with XSplit and Open Broadcaster Software, the Logitech StreamCam presents itself as a streamer camera rather easy to handle. It also turns out to be relatively affordable since Logitech offers it to 159.95 euros, which can be seen as a reasonable investment for vlogging on YouTube, streaming on platforms like Twitch, or making live video on Facebook, for example.
